Finca El Cedral is a testament to the passion and dedication of the Monge family. Founded by Luis Gerardo Monge, a visionary coffee producer committed to quality and sustainability, the farm thrives in the mountains of El Cedral de Aserrí, Costa Rica. After his passing in 2022, his legacy lives on through his son, Luis Fernando Monge, who now leads the farm with the same devotion, and his wife, Emilia Monge, whose strength and perseverance keep their family’s tradition alive. Every bean from Finca El Cedral carries their story—a legacy of hard work, resilience, and exceptional coffee.
